A PC port for Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima could be announced as early as this week, at least according to a rumor from a reliable industry insider. Ghost of Tsushima was released as a PlayStation 4 exclusive back in 2020 and earned rave reviews for its visually stunning open world, engaging combat and stealth gameplay, and compelling plot set against the backdrop of Japan’s feudal era. An updated PS5 port was released in 2021, adding haptic feedback courtesy of the DualSense controller and a new story campaign that pitted Jin Sakai against a sinister Mongolian cult on Japan’s Iki Island.

Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima was undoubtedly one of 2020’s best games and remains popular as fans anticipate both a sequel and a possible PC port of the first game. Ghost of Tsushima made waves with its gorgeous, vast environments, fresh take on the open world formula, satisfying combat, and compelling narrative. Now, in 2024, there may be even more on the horizon for the hit action-adventure title.
