Overall, 2023 was a very good year for anime that produced quite a few stellar shows. As always, the industry has no intention of slowing down, and the Winter 2024 anime season features dozens of new, returning, and continuing series. The quarter has action, comedy, isekai, romance, and nearly everything else under the sun, so there should be something to satisfy most people’s needs.
